Modelmatic Health — Adaptive Movement Coach (MCP)

What this is
  A small MCP surface that lets any capable AI client act as a calm, practical
  movement coach on top of the Modelmatic Wellness Runtime. The AI does the
  conversation; this service is the source of truth for the exercise catalogue,
  session validation, and (later) user preferences, sessions and feedback.

Status
  ONLINE in demo mode.
  - Public: read resources, search_exercises, get_exercise, create_session (validated but not persisted).
  - Personalised (get_user_context, get_session, update_session_state, submit_feedback,
    set_preference, reminders): NOT yet available. They return a structured
    AUTH_REQUIRED error until the authenticated runtime is deployed.

Privacy
  Do not send personal health data to this service yet. Demo-mode calls are
  stateless and are not stored. Identity will come from the Modelmatic
  authentication flow, never from a caller-supplied user id.

Positioning
  General wellness movement. Not diagnosis, not treatment. Trauma-release-adjacent
  content is labelled "trauma_release_inspired" and must not be presented as therapy.
